1) You are required to carry your Membership Card to the clinic at the time of your appointment.
2) Membership Fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
3) Reselling of your Pre-Paid Membership or its associated discounts is not permitted.
4) In the event of an insufficient balance in your account the discount would be applicable
only to the available balance.
5) Prices of therapies and memberships are subject to change without prior intimation.
6) Repeated cancellation of booked appointments (more than thrice in a month) may
require us to charge a cancellation fee to your account.
7) Your Prepaid Membership Card can be used by any member of your family. However,you are required to authorize the secondary members you would want us to add to your membership by sharing their name, mobile number, and email address in the prescribed format to membership: sattvic.kapc@gmail.com
8) Your Prepaid Membership Card is valid as per the terms of your membership plan (Diamond = 22 months, Emerald = 18 months, Sapphire = 12 months, Ruby = 9 months, Pearl =6 months, and Gold =3 months) or till your account balance becomes nil, whichever is earlier. The balance may be carried forward by renewing the Prepaid Membership Card before it expires (please see point 15 below). In case of non-renewal, the balance in your account will be forfeited as soon as your membership expires.
9) The Diamond/ Sapphire/ Pearl/ gold/ Emerald/ Ruby membership card is not a payment card nor is it proof of creditworthiness and attempts to use it as such could constitute fraud.
10) Sattvik is not responsible for any disputes that may occur between the cardholder and/or any guests
11) Other offers and gifts-card cannot be clubbed with membership.
12) Replacement of the membership card will be at a cost of Rs. 500/- per card.
13)Validity of membership card starts from the date of purchase.
14) This card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
