Key Responsibilities:
1] Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead-generation methods.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage inbound leads and create a robust pipeline.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Meeting Membership Sales Goals (there is a minimum requirement to sustain employment)
2] Client Engagement:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and challenges.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and rejuvenating experience for our clients, aligning with the principles of Ayurveda. Key Responsibilities:
1] Ayurvedic Therapies:
- Perform a variety of Ayurvedic therapies, including but not limited to Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Pinda Sweda, and Nasya, with precision and expertise.
- Tailor treatments based on individual client needs and Ayurvedic principles.
- Providing massage services and other therapy packages listed in the brochure.
2] Client Education:
- Educate clients on the benefits of Ayurveda, Panchakarma, and holistic health practices.
- Offer guidance on self-care routines and practices to support overall well-being.
- Guide clients through our service offerings and help them choose the types of massage and therapy packages that would benefit them the most.
- Listen to clients during massages and therapy packages and adjust techniques to meet their needs.
- Suggest massage and therapy package schedules for recurring sessions.
- Assists in the promotion of health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy regularly.
3] Therapeutic Environment:
- Create a serene and healing environment for clients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience during treatments.
- Ensure a pristine and sanitary environment in therapy rooms and shared spaces, actively contributing to the overall cleanliness of the facility, including therapy rooms and common areas.
4] Collaboration with Ayurvedic Practitioners:
- Collaborate with Ayurvedic practitioners to align client treatment plans and ensure a holistic approach to wellness.
- Completes Wellness Chart documentation accurately and completely.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
5] Customer Service:
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the clinic.
- Creates excellent member/guest experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
