These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Sattvik Kerala Ayurved Panchakarma Clinic, a proprietary firm (“Company”, “we”, “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, booking a service, or purchasing a package or gift card, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

All services, packages and therapies are fulfilled either digitally (e.g., online consultation notes, booking confirmations) or in-person at our clinic locations. No physical shipping of goods is involved unless explicitly stated for a specific product.

3. Bookings & Appointments

Bookings are made through our Zenoti booking page; prices are as shown there and payment is taken at the clinic or through Zenoti.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational reasons, with prior notice where possible.

Clients must share their full health history and sign the consent form before Panchakarma or other therapies.

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

4. Right to Refuse Service

The clinic reserves the right to refuse service, or cancel a booking or package if:

  • The client has medical contraindications that make the therapy unsuitable.
  • Relevant health information is not disclosed.
  • The client exhibits inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.
  • Payment is not completed or terms of the package are violated.

5. Packages & Gift Cards

Packages and gift cards are bought through Zenoti or at the clinic, and their validity and conditions are given at the time of purchase. They are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, videos) is the property of the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services. See also our Medical & Health Disclaimer.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra.
