Udvartanam

Udvartanam is an Ayurvedic dry powder massage that uses a blend of medicinal herbs to exfoliate and invigorate the skin. Padabhyanga (Foot Massage):

A foot massage for 30 minutes foot massage below the knee with ayurvedic special oil for relaxing muscles and herbal steam which helps in reducing pain and improves blood circulation.

Nasyam (Nasal Therapy):

The nasal canal provides a doorway to the brain. In Nasyam Therapy, this channel is utilized to deliver a combination of medicated oils, powders and herbal extracts for curing a number of neck-and-head-related ailments such as sinus, throat and eye infections, migraine and gout.

OR Netratarpan (Eye Care):

Ancient genuine therapy where eyes are submerged in medicated oil or purified butter (Ghee Ghruta). Specially meant for relieving eye stress occurred due to continuous work on computer etc. Also helps in improving eyesight and gives strength to eyeball muscles. Helps reducing dark circles and puffiness around eyes.
