VIRECHANA

Virechana is one of the Panchakarma therapies wherein purgation is induced by medicine and it specifically aims at the elimination of excessive Pitta Dosha from the body. The treatment concentrates on the toxins that are accumulated in the liver and gall bladder. The gastro-intestinal tract is also cleansed here.
