Abhyanga Swedanam (Full Body Massage):

Abhyanga Swedanam or body massage is a comprehensive Ayurvedic therapy that combines the benefits of oil massage (Abhyanga) and sweating (Swedana). This integrated approach aims to enhance the therapeutic effects of each component. The warm oil massage helps to prepare the body by loosening toxins and promoting relaxation, while the subsequent application of heat through Swedana supports the release of impurities through sweating.

Regular Facial:

The 40-minute facial begins with cleansing and exfoliating, followed by a soothing massage with a nourishing cream and a gentle steam to enhance the skin’s natural glow.

Sukesha (Hair Therapy):

Hair wash with herbal preparations. Head Massage with Herbal hair cream followed by herbal hair mask and then again hair wash. It helps reduce dandruff in the scalp gives nourishment to the roots of the hair and improves hair growth.

Herbal Health Drink:

Provides body the extra energy.
